Well, I'm home. I made my way from Cali to good old Missouri. I stopped along the way in Vegas (I won $100! On the nickel slots!). Utah was gorgeous. I took a little detour through Capitol Reef National Park. Beautiful. Check out the pics. Then it was on to Denver, where I stayed with my cousin Brent and his girlfriend. I was lucky enough to be in Salina, Kansas, on Sunday, when they apparently don't sell alcohol. Ha. And, well, that was it really. Now I'm home. Time to plan some REAL travel!

I got my Chinese visa today. Hooray! I'm on my way!

(totally random ... i'm at kinkos and the girl sitting next to me just called her mom to ask her how to spell "shed." ha!)

Getting ready

Might as well get this thing started. I got my ticket to Japan yesterday!! It's official ... I'm going! And tomorrow I get to pick up my visa to go to China (hopefully they'll accept me ;P).

So, everything is slowly but surely falling into place. Unfortunately that's all the time I have for today ...
